AN ACT TO AMEND SUB-SECTION (3) OF SECTION 12 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1927 . [8th July, 1930.]

		BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS OF SAORSTÁT EIREANN AS FOLLOWS:—
[GA]	Amendment of section 12 of the Local Government Act, 1927 .	1. — Section 12 of the Local Government Act, 1927 (No. 3 of 1927), is hereby amended by the substitution of the figures “1933” for the figures “1930” at the end of sub-section (3) of that section and the said section shall be construed and have effect accordingly.
[GA]	Short title and citation.	2. —(1) This Act may be cited as the Local Government (Amendment) Act, 1930.
[GA]		(2) This Act and the Local Government Acts, 1925 and 1927, may be cited together as the Local Government Acts, 1925 to 1930.
