Forfeiture of licences. |
90. —(1) Where— |
[GA] | (a) a person is convicted of an offence under the repealed enactments or an offence under any provision of this Act, and | |
[GA] | (b) such person is the holder of a licence or licences to fish for salmon or trout, | |
[GA] | the Court by whom such person is convicted may, in addition to any other penalty, direct such licence or licences to be forfeited. | |
[GA] | (2) Where a licence is directed to be forfeited under this section, such licence shall thereupon cease to be in force. |
