LAND BOND ACT, 1983

AN ACT TO AMEND THE LAND BOND ACT, 1934 . [31st March, 1983]

		BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:
[GA]	Amendment of section 6 of Land Bond Act, 1934.	1. — Section 6 (as amended by the Land Bond Act, 1980 ) of the Land Bond Act, 1934 , which provides for limitations on the creation and issue of land bonds, is hereby amended by the substitution for subsection (1) of the following subsection:
[GA]		“(1) The total amount of land bonds created and issued under this Act shall not exceed one hundred and thirty million pounds.”.
[GA]	Short title, construction and citation.	2. —(1) This Act may be cited as the Land Bond Act, 1983.
[GA]		(2) This Act shall be construed as one with the Land Purchase Acts and may be cited with those Acts.
