REGISTRATION OF DEEDS AND TITLE ACT 2006

		AN ACT TO ESTABLISH A BODY TO BE KNOWN AS AN tÚDARÁS CLÁRÚCHÁIN MAOINE OR, IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE, THE PROPERTY REGISTRATION AUTHORITY, WITH THE FUNCTIONS CONFERRED ON IT BY THIS ACT, INCLUDING THE MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL OF THE REGISTRY OF DEEDS AND THE LAND REGISTRY, TO REPEAL AND RE-ENACT, WITH AMENDMENTS, THE LAW RELATING TO THE REGISTRATION OF DEEDS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS AFFECTING LAND, TO AMEND THE LAW RELATING TO THE REGISTRATION OF TITLE TO LAND AND TO AMEND SECTIONS 16 AND 28 OF THE LANDLORD AND TENANT (GROUND RENTS) (NO. 2) ACT 1978.
