AN ACT TO AMEND AND EXTEND THE SOCIAL WELFARE (CONSOLIDATION) ACT, 1993 , TO AMEND AND EXTEND THE PENSIONS ACT, 1990 AND TO PROVIDE FOR CONNECTED MATTERS. [21st December, 1993]

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:
